  • Life transitions​​moving forward when changes in relationship, academic, professional, physical health or mental health status occur.
  • Mental health concerns​anxiety, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD (sexual, physical, emotional), and psychosis (including potential for).


  • What: Individual sessions for adolescents or adults and couples sessions for adults.
  • When: 50-minute sessions are available Monday through Thursday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST. 
  • How: All sessions will be virtual (desktop, i-Pad/tablet, or smart phone) at least through the end of 2021.


  • Out of Network:  I am not on any insurance panels, which means I do not take insurance. ​If your plan provides reimbursement for out of network providers, I can provide you with the information you will need to seek reimbursement from your provider. Please check with your provider about the reimbursement rates you qualify for under your plan.
