Trauma-informed:we create and maintain a safe space for exploration and release of difficult thoughts and emotions
Stress: coping with stress in personal circumstances, interpersonal relationships and academic or professional pursuits.
Life transitions: moving forward when changes in relationship, academic, professional, physical health or mental health status occur.
Mental health concerns: anxiety, mood disorders, trauma/PTSD (sexual, physical, emotional), and psychosis (including potential for).
What: Individual sessions for adolescents or adults and couples sessions for adults.
When: 50-minute sessions are available Monday through Thursday, 9:00am EST to 5:00pm EST.
How: All sessions will be virtual (desktop, i-Pad/tablet, or smart phone) at least through the end of 2021.
Out of Network:I am not on any insurance panels, which means I do not take insurance. If your plan provides reimbursement for out of network providers, I can provide you with the information you will need to seek reimbursement from your provider. Please check with your provider about the reimbursement rates you qualify for under your plan.
